She tables at comic\/zine\/book fairs\/melas selling\/trading her 'small zines' (8 page folded zine from A4 paper) on Punjabi (her mother tongue), nature, poetry and mental health.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eShe is in an art collective (Zine You Next Tuesday) that publish 'big zines' (A5 book) and is in 3 issues: Dream, Egg and F#@*.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eShe loves facilitating community workshops focused on small zine-making, playing with objects and colour, and collaging with anything. She started embroidery in 2025, aiming to integrate it into her visual storytelling soon.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn this work, Paramjit uses Punjabi, prose, watercolour, and pen to share her story about her Bipolar 2 mental health crisis in 2023. A longer version of this zine was first published as a digital download for an online comics fair in July 2025.
