Comic - Memory Sweethearts 1

Every year, The Cartoon Museum offers a residency to a neurodiverse young artist to produce cartoons and comic strips for exhibition or for sale.

They are also coached in promoting their work and themselves with the aim of improving their work and themselves with the aim of improving confidence and self-expression.

Across an eight month period Juliana Mahfouz spent one afternoon per week at The Cartoon Museum, working with cartoonist and tutor Steve Marchant to develop her characters and storyline.

Commercial Manager Holly Burrows and Outreach Officer Amba Malekin-Goneni advised Juliana in choosing the best images for use on merchandise for sale in-store and online. And this item is one of them!
